I have built the tech foundation and established authentic sourcing under our registered entity, ALKAMA GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, but the consumer brand is a blank slate. Our mission is to connect weavers from all over India directly to the global D2C market. I am looking for a partner to build this with me from day one.

The Ideal Partner
I am a male founder handling the tech and sourcing side. Because our products are entirely female-oriented ethnic wear, I have a strong preference for a female Co-Founder. I am looking for a creative visionary who intuitively understands our customers and can take full ownership of the brand's aesthetic and design direction.

Key Skills & Mindset

• Design First: A strong background in Fashion Design with a deep, genuine passion for Indian ethnic wear and heritage textiles.
• The Business Bonus: An MBA or hands-on business management experience is a massive plus point, but your creative vision and design sense come first.
• Storytelling: The ability to craft a powerful, authentic brand narrative around our weavers and the craftsmanship of our sarees.
• Industry Sense: A realistic understanding of the current Indian fashion industry, ethnic wear trends, and the D2C market.
• The "Zero-Level" Attitude: You are not looking for a comfortable, established corporate job. You are ready to roll up your sleeves, embrace the early-stage hustle, and figure things out from scratch.

What You Will Get

• Equity Stake: 25% to 35% Vested Equity (dependent on experience), subject to a standard multi-year vesting schedule to protect the business.
• Equal Partnership: Full Co-Founder status with a direct say in all major decisions, brand direction, and strategy.
• Future Salary: A formal salary structure will be triggered once we hit our initial revenue milestones or secure external funding.

Are you a creative GenZ who loves the camera and breathes fashion? We are looking for a passionate and energetic Female Content Creator to bring our ethnic wear brand to life on social media. If you have an eye for aesthetics and know how to make a reel go viral, we want you on our team!

• Shoot & Edit: Must have strong, hands-on command over camera handling, shooting, and video editing (Reels, Shorts, IGTV).
• Be the Face: Comfortable being in front of the camera to showcase our collections and tell the stories of our weavers.
• Trend Spotter: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio tracks, and GenZ presentation styles.
• Background: 1 to 2 years of experience is great, but highly skilled freshers with a portfolio/Instagram page are absolutely welcome to start their career with us. A background or strong interest in fashion and textiles is preferred.

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced fashion designer to lead our new uniform and corporate apparel segment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of textiles, pattern making, and garment construction.

• Develop seasonal concepts and design technical packs.
• Source premium fabrics and oversee embellishments.
• Collaborate directly with the production unit to ensure quality control.
