Return And Exchange
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the product is used and no exchange or refund will be raised.
- The product can not be exchanged if fall Pico or tassels are done or the Blouse is detached.
- Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or the dispatch of incorrect items. In this case, the customer must inform us with a timestamped unboxing video and clear views of he issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Products(s) can be exchanged within 24 hours from the date of delivery subject to-
- A customer returning the saree unused, unwashed, unaltered and its original condition with all tags intact.
- The original invoice must be produced at the time of the exchange request.
- We do not accept packages from any courier other than Dtdc or Blue Dart.
- The company reserves the right to decide if the saree is in the condition for exchange and such a decision of the company shall be final and binding.
- If you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with, do not accept it and do not open it.
- Alkama Global Pvt. Ltd. will initiate the refund process for incorrect or defective products to your bank account (you need to give your bank details) within 10 to 15 working days excluding all shipping charges.
- Once you have bought an item, the amount will not be refunded. You can either exchange the product, or we will give you a credit note that can be used to buy another product.
